Data Retention & Customer-Retained Records Policy
88.tr follows a customer-retained, privacy-preserving, non-storage-oriented model. Customers keep their own original evidence files and downloaded record packs.
Original Evidence Files
Original evidence files uploaded for fingerprinting are processed for SHA-256 hash generation and are not retained as long-term stored files by default. Customers must keep their own original evidence files.
Certificate PDFs and Record Packs
Generated certificate PDFs and self-verifying record packs are made available temporarily, generally for up to 7 days from record creation or reviewer completion. After expiry, 88.tr may delete temporary workflow records and may not be able to regenerate or recover the certificate PDF or record pack.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for downloading and retaining their certificate PDFs, record packs, original evidence files, and any business, legal, financial, tax, operational, or compliance records they require.
Minimal Operational Data
88.tr may retain minimal account, plan, quota, payment reference, support, security, and operational data needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, support customer requests, and maintain platform integrity.
Verification Boundary
88.tr verifies record integrity and evidence fingerprint matching, not factual truth. It is not a legal archive, evidence warehouse, permanent certificate archive, certification authority, audit assurance provider, or regulatory approval service.
If a customer loses their original evidence files, certificate PDFs, or self-verifying record packs, 88.tr may not be able to reconstruct or recover them after the temporary availability period.
